It was very disappointing that the bed rolled towards the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. Additionally, the shower in our room looked quite worn and didn’t seem updated. The overall state of the hotel feels neglected, and it appeared that certain areas are in dire need of maintenance.

The hotel is clean and well run, with recently updated interiors and a layout that efficiently accommodates business travelers. There are plenty of power and USB outlets, which are essential for work tasks. The café features a simple a la carte style menu that is perfect for a quick breakfast, making it convenient for busy mornings. The friendly staff contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff provided great hospitality, making my family feel welcome, especially Tony at the front desk. The location is convenient with good restaurant options nearby, but the WiFi was unreliable and we encountered fleas in our room, which was unsettling. Still, the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.

The Starbucks order was always wrong.

the room looked ok, but every single shower dispensers were empty, really? and then a large stain on the wall by the toilet, how classy. I woudl ve been great if I had my king handicap room, but instead got some double queens on higher price and no compensation or even a smile, pathetic.

The rooms were spacious and well-updated with a comfy sofa to relax on. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests during the crazy weather with the hurricane! ☔️ The indoor pool was a nice option, though it could've been a bit warmer. Also, the breakfast at the Bistro was simple but satisfying. 🍳

The coffee at the Starbucks was not the best, and the restaurant service could be a bit more attentive during peak times.

I enjoyed the great breakfast at the Bistro. The staff was friendly, and I had a nice chat with Elena, who made sure I felt welcome. The location was convenient and made it easy for me to explore Dothan, a vibrant place with a lot to see.

The meeting room was perfect for our gathering, and the lobby provided an inviting space for our tailgate. Highly recommend staying here!

Staff very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Rooms look outdated and need some repairs. Indoor pool not heated, making it too cold to enjoy.

The King Room was pretty spacious and came with a nice sofa and ottoman, which was a cool touch. The updated sink area being separate from the shower and toilet felt more convenient. Everything was decorated nicely too. Just wish the shower could’ve used some refreshment, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
